Here at The Arc Central Chesapeake Region, we like to think of our staff as a team. Our mission is dependent on the strength of that team. The individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities supported by our programs and services are the heart of that mission and the people that work with them are our most important resource.

We work closely with our employees to create a work environment that is innovative, creative and rewarding. As the people we support become increasingly active within their communities, we encourage our team members to contribute their ideas, passions and inspirations to their daily responsibilities.

Are you ready to start or continue a career that changes lives? We are always looking for passionate and compassionate people to join our team!

We have multiple openings at The Arc Central Chesapeake Region in a variety of programs.
