Are you interested in impacting the lives of youth with disabilities ages that are at least 14 years old?

Are you a youth with a disability between the ages of 14 and 24?

Join us for a day to gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed for successful transition to post-high school employment, education, and independent living!

REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

Early bird pricing until March 10th- $25.00!

(Includes breakfast and lunch)
Registration for Youth 14 – 24 years old is $10.
