Workforce Inclusion Coffee Talk Series
The Arc Central Chesapeake Region, a nonprofit committed to providing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to gain independence, announced its workforce inclusion coffee talk series. Many Fortune 500 companies, including Starbucks and Walgreens have had proven success with workforce inclusion that has dramatically increased their bottom line.
The Arc Central Chesapeake Region invites you to join us during the month of March, as we celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month and to learn about the benefits of having an inclusive workforce and the latest research involving inclusion, strategies for diversity, and tips to make your company go from good to great. Retention and recruitment strategies, successful partnerships, and facts & figures of inclusion will also be discussed. Free coffee will be provided!
