The Kate Rollason Community Center provides 1,900 square feet of meeting space and includes one small and one large meeting room with two accessible restrooms, a computer lab, and a small kitchen. This space is ideal for group gatherings of up to 60 people. Available amenity options include eight round, eight rectangle, and six cocktail tables, 70 chairs, WiFi, two TVs with HDMI connection, and three computers. You choose the set-up that best fits your needs.

Outdoors, the 1,600 square foot Hake Pavilion includes electric, lights, ceiling fans, and a gas grill along with a large and open grassy area. This space is ideal for group gatherings of up to 100 people. Available amenity options include ten picnic tables, five round table & chair combos, and a gas grill. You choose the set-up that best fits your needs.

Rollason Community Center

The Rollason Community Center named in honor The Arc’s long term, former Executive Director, Kate Rollason. The Community Center is 1,900 square feet which include one small and one large meeting room with two accessible restrooms, a computer lab and small kitchen.

The Hake Pavilion

The Hake Pavilion is 1,600 square foot pavilion includes electric, lights, ceiling fans and gas grill. With a large open grass area for informal play.

Best for: Large group gatherings up to 100 people

Amenities: 10 picnic tables, 5 round table/chair combo, gas grill
