Building up a person’s self-esteem and self-confidence while also supporting job discovery, providing transportation, and encouraging increased community participation and skill building are all in a day’s work for a trusted Community Coach. Your high-energy demeanor, creativity, and passion for The Arc’s mission will make you a successful and high valued member of our organization, and we can’t wait to meet you.
