Our Four Phases at Work
Whether it be a family member, friend, or caregiver, whoever you choose to accompany you through the admission process is welcome to join us every step of the way.
Oftentimes, you may already have an idea about what services you need. This is where our Manager of Admissions comes in to lend a helping hand. The Manager of Admissions is here to help with the big picture, ensuring that every moving part of the process fits together in the best way. They’ll set expectations and communicate all of the important details to keep your process moving forward smoothly and efficiently.
PHASE 1
Conversation & Relationship Building
No paperwork is required to get started. Instead, we’ll have a conversation where we can get to know you, your goals, and what you’re looking for. This can be held wherever you feel most comfortable.
PHASE 2
Follow-up
After the first meeting, we’ll begin putting together a support plan that’s just right for you. Next, we’ll schedule a few follow-up meetings to introduce you to other members of our team.
PHASE 3
The Group Review
Our team reviews information gathered from the previous phases and any other necessary paperwork. This phase helps to ensure that we’re making the best recommendations for everyone involved.
PHASE 4
The Decision
In the final step of the admissions process, we’ll let you know what decisions have been made. If we think you’re a perfect match for the Arc’s services, we’ll go over your support plan again to make sure that you’re comfortable with moving forward together.
