Every year, The Arc recognizes people in the community who have made a significant difference on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Get ready to dust off your dancing shoes and party the night away because registration for the 2024 Snowflake Ball is now closed!

The Snowflake Ball is an annual event for the people we support and our employees to enjoy a fun night of music, food, and dancing. This year’s Snowflake Ball will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland from 5:00pm – 9:00pm.

There will be a DJ, photo booth, and raffle prizes available to win during the event. Raffle tickets will be given to each registered guest at the check-in table.

Registration will CLOSE on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, and anyone who wants to attend must register for the ball. Please note that your entry is free if you are a DSP supporting someone during the event. However, if you are a DSP who is not working during the event, you are encouraged to attend but must buy a ticket.

If you have dietary restrictions, food preparation needs, or are in a wheelchair, please let us know on the registration form.

Are you ready to dance the night away? Get ready to enjoy dinner, dancing, a photo booth, prizes, and a great evening with friends!

Join The Arc at our third annual Sunshine Ball on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm at The Hake Pavillion, located on our Severn Campus.

Tickets are $25.00 per person. If you are supporting someone during the event, please select the support staff registration. Please only select that option if you are working during the event. This is a smaller venue, and there is a limit of 200 people, so registration is first come, first serve. If you require a specialty meal, please list the meal and the name of the person needing the specialty meal.

We are so excited to be hosting our annual Snowflake Ball in person this year! So, dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to party the night away. The ball will be held on Saturday, January 21, at the Double Tree by Hilton Annapolis Hotel from 6:00 pm-10:00 pm.
