Whenever you want to hire or rehire an employee, a new hire packet must be completed for each employee and sent to our team at FMSNewHirePackets@thearcccr.org. Download the complete packet below, or search for individual forms from the packet. We also have sample forms filled out as examples to guide you through the process.

Payroll Forms & Resources
One of the most important resources for Participants and employees is the Payroll Calendar below, which shows every due date for submitting shifts and each pay day for all pay periods in the calendar year.Â
Accounts Payable Forms & Resources
Make sure your vendors are paid on time and your employees are reimbursed for mileage by submitting complete invoices and mileage reimbursement requests according to the 2024 Accounts Payable Calendar.

Tools & Technology
The Arc’s FMS Engine platform allows employees to clock in and out for their shifts using the Evvie app on their phone or tablet. Employees then approve their shifts via the Evvie Portal so that Participants can approval lock those shifts in the Evvie Portal each pay period. Participants can even review their budget statements and usage information in the Participant Dashboard via FMS Engine.
FMS Engine
Log in to FMS Engine to edit, add, remove, and approve shifts as an employee. Participants can also log in to FMS Engine to edit, add, remove and approval lock shifts created by their employees. Once shifts are approval locked in FMS Engine, they are submitted to The Arc’s Payroll team for processing and payment according to the Payroll Calendar.
